Newly renovated apartment in excelent location Costa Adeje. Located in Balcón Atlántico phase IV complex, great place for vacation or to combine your home office work with outstanding vacation. A large terrace with an unique view of the ocean, the mountains and its surroundings. The apartment is fully equipped inc aircondition. The complex provide two swimming pools (one is heated), which are fully available to guests. It is close to beaches, shopping, entertainment, restaurants and bars.We bought the apartment with my wife and renovated it very carefully and with love for this place, so that we, as well as our guests, feel like at home there! We believe and hope that you will choose our apartment for your vacation and that you will love this place with breathtaking views of the ocean and mountains as much as we do.
